We deliver instructor-led learning experiences virtually and face-to-face to assist learners in developing and demonstrating leadership capabilities. Whether it is custom or off-the-shelf content, we are intentional in our use of a variety of techniques to create engaging learning experiences in and out of the classroom.

 

Instructional Design & Development

We design and develop complete learning systems that address critical needs and business pain points for your leaders and organization. Thoughtful needs analysis drives the development of targeted, engaging, creative solutions that ensure people not only walk away with the knowledge, skills and motivation to lead successfully, but also have plans for implementation and sustainment.

 

Multi-Rater Feedback & Leadership Assessments

We conduct interview-based 360 assessments. We connect with the leader seeking feedback to understand the specific areas of improvement. Through one-on-one interviews with their leader, peers, direct reports and clients we synthesize the data to create a snap-shot of how they are perceived in the workplace. We enhance the experience through the use of Hogan Assessments to provide a comprehensive, yet concise overview of individual strengths, performance risks, and core values to develop strategic self-awareness. All of this information is then used to create an actionable development plan to enhance their leadership capabilities.
