Tracy Rickard

Tracy Rickard offers over 20 years of management experience within the Financial Services Industry--the last 13 being directly related to training and development both as an internal and external consultant.  He has trained 1000’s of individuals across the country in organizations such as GE, Raytheon, JP Morgan Chase, M&T Bank, and Cook Childrens Medical Hospital.

Tracy specializes in delivering an extensive portfolio of leadership, human resource, and soft skills programs.  He is known for bringing a dynamic style to the delivery of skills, techniques, knowledge, and strategies in an interactive learning environment to enhance the insights of individuals.

Tracy is qualified to deliver and administer the Myers Briggs type indicator and has been a past board member of the Houston ASTD organization.  Tracy holds a B.B.A. in Finance.
