Sharon Lucas

Sharon has over 15 years experience in employee development, training, organizational development and sales.  She has worked within a wide range of industries, including several Fortune 500 companies such as:  ATT/Bellsouth and Toyota as well as large non-profit organizations such as the Better Business Bureau.  Sharon is a seasoned training department leader, knowledgeable in both the design and facilitation of training programs; this enables her to apply a real world perspective to the delivery of training content. 

Sharon has extensive training experience at all levels of the corporate structure and is equally effective whether training those in the boardroom or front line employees.  Her background has equipped her to provide training across a full spectrum of topics including:

Sharon holds a BA in Psychology and a Master of Science in Occupational Technology specializing in Training and Development.  She has been certified to teach multitude of courses including: Covey, Achieve Global, Competency Program from FYI, Kaset as well as proprietary courses.  Sharon has spoken at the International Quality & Productivity Center Conferences, the Child Care Professional Organization, and The Pregnancy Help Center.  She has held a VP of Marketing position for Houston ASTD, participated as a member for Leadership KISD and volunteers within her community.
