Sharon Gruber

Sharon Gruber has over 25 years of experience in creating and supporting positive changes in organizations. She has extensive experience in training, coaching, organizational development, strategic planning and human resources management.

Sharon has been a business and organizational leader in corporate and non-profit environments. She served as the senior executive responsible for human resources at a top 100 construction company and at a publicly-traded holding company with 5 manufacturing businesses. She was also the manager of organizational change at the nation’s second largest electric utility. Her industry experience includes construction, electric utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, real estate and retail. She holds a master’s degree in human resource development. 

Sharon has developed and implemented strategic business and human resource initiatives, conducted needs assessments and designed curriculum, and facilitated workshops and executive meetings. The new programs she introduced varied widely in approach and content, but they each built the capacity of people in organizations to develop and implement plans to create the future they envisioned.
