Pamela Zapata has 10+ years experience as an expert facilitator. Her extensive career path within the financial and media industries has given her experience in; Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.

Pamela’s learning and development career began at JPMorgan Chase where she managed various curricula and facilitated to a variety of audience ranging from sr. business leader to entry level associates. As a development specialist for businesses including Branch Services Distribution and Investment Bank, she consulted with sr. business leaders to design career path maps and develop performance standard processes for their employees. Most recently at NBC Universal as OD and learning manager, Pamela delivered leadership training to 16,000+ employees and was responsible for the onboarding process and training of all new employees.

Pamela holds a master’s degree in Organization Effectiveness and HR Management from Fordham University, and has completed the HR certification program from Cornell University. She is certified to administer DiSC™ and Interaction Styles Instrument™. Her areas of expertise include:
