Lisa Marino

Lisa Marino is the Relationship Manager of Horizon Leadership. Lisa is primarily responsible for the scheduling of all of the training sessions. She coordinates with both the facilitator and the client to ensure that they have everything they need in order for the training to take place.

Lisa has worked closely with the founder and President, Cindy Larkin with various projects during her tenure at General Electric.

While at GE Lisa:

• Defined and designed competency based performance based management systems.

• Worked on various projects that involved instructional design that were eventually rolled out to web-based learning portals.

• Developed and designed facilitator guides for training various leadership/management courses across different businesses within GE.

Prior to working at Horizon Leadership and General Electric, Lisa worked as a
Regional Coordinator at the CheckFree Corporation.

Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Life Sciences from the University of Florida, and a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
