Janet Wise
Janet Wise is an experienced facilitator with outstanding platform skills in delivering training both in traditional classroom and virtual learning environments. Working for Fortune 500 companies, her consulting skills positioned her as a valuable business partner, coach and collaborator, providing insightful solutions supporting high potential employee development.
At JPMorganChase, Janet was Leadership Program Manager responsible for managing the Leadership, Management & Supervisory Curriculum together with other development opportunities aligning and supporting in-house coaching programs and firm-wide change initiatives. In her role as Sr. Training Specialist for a premier global law firm, Clifford Chance LLC., she was responsible for the Global Business Skills curriculum for Attorneys and Business Development members with an emphasis on Client Relationship education. Most recently, Janet was the North American Sr. Training Manager at AVON Products, Inc. where she facilitated Action Learning initiatives for Sales’ executives, Team Building programs, and managed the implementation of a core curriculum of Professional Development programs, supporting the Global Leadership Team.
