Ellie Willis

Ellie Willis brings 20 years of experience as a learning and organization development professional to the team.  During this time, Ellie has acted as an external consultant in the Publishing, Hospitality and Healthcare fields. In her corporate roles, she has led the learning and OD functions for Sony of Canada, Southam Communications, Cahners Publishing and the GE Partnership Marketing Group.  In all instances she has assisted organizations in leading change, improving processes and developing the potential of their people.
