Dee Daley Dee Daley is an accomplished business leader who possesses a unique combination of Operations, Quality, Project Management and Organizational Development expertise. During Dee’s 14 year tenure with GE, she held key leadership positions in three GE businesses. As a GE Money business leader, Dee became an accomplished Certified Six Sigma Black Belt leading several high impact projects. As an OD manager, Dee designed and implemented leadership programs for GE Money’s 300+ high potential exempt level employees including Mentoring, Learning Groups and the Talent Acceleration Program. Dee has trained hundreds of managers in change management. She also designs and implements customized change management programs. Throughout her career, Dee has melded her diverse leadership roles with her passion for facilitating. Dee holds a B.S. in Education and a Masters Degree in Employee Assistance Programs.
