Darren J. Ebert Darren is a Consultant specializing in Developing Interpersonal Skills in Organizational Leaders (both new and senior levels), Facilitation and Change Management. Prior to becoming a Consultant, Darren was part of the General Electric Capital Corporation. He spent 10 years in Training and Development / Human Resource leadership roles. He was the Site Training Manager for the Consumer Financial Services Bank Card division. And was a Performance Development Manager with G.E. Card Services Private Label Credit Card Division. During his tenure he has worked directly with such clients as Macys, Sams / Wal-Mart, Lowe’s and Medical Systems through design, implementation and facilitation of training programs. Included was designing and implementing The Home Depot’s Branded Customer Experience Program for HD Credit Services. Darren is a graduate of the Advanced Leadership and Facilitation Network (ALFN). He has provided professional coaching and facilitation at all levels of organizations in the areas of interpersonal skills, career development and dealing with organizational change. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Kent State University. And is a member of the American Society of Training and Development. |
