Cindy Larkin is president and founder of Horizon Leadership and brings to the firm more than 15 years of experience in the fields of Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Human Resources.

Previously as a senior leader at Macy's, American Express, and GE, Ms. Larkin held a wide range of roles such as HR leader, Regional Learning and Development Manager, Organizational Effectiveness Leader, and most recently, e-Learning Culture and Organizational Development Leader at GE Capital. She has lead numerous strategic initiatives such as:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying global leadership development learning systems
  • Leading companies in managing the human side of mergers and acquisitions
  • Designing and leading strategic team and work group interventions
  • Developing and deploying competency based performance management systems
  • Designing web based performance management tools
  • Converting classroom curriculum into e-learning
  • Designing and deploying web based employee-learning portals
  • Executive coaching
  • Designing and facilitating executive level meetings
  • Global assessment of learning cultures

Cindy is a member of the Advanced Leadership and Facilitator's Network, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Society for Human Resource Management. She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI).
