Candyce Penteado

Candyce Penteado brings nearly 10 years of Human Resources and Training experience to the Horizon Leadership team. Early in her career, Candyce led staffing teams and was an HR Generalist in the financial services industry. Later, she worked seven years at General Electric--at GE Fleet Services she designed their first online corporate university, and at GE Money she delivered leadership & professional skills courses and managed leadership acceleration programs for their business.

Beyond program design & management, Candyce has extensive facilitation experience, both in the classroom and for numerous strategic meetings with senior business leaders. Her experience and communication skills earn her a great deal of credibility with people at all levels of business and across industries.
