He has had the opportunity to work with executives, managers, and front-line employees within a wide range of industries. Bob is highly sought after for his ability to develop innovative and custom-tailored solutions designed to infuse leaders and employees with knowledge, support and ownership. His customers depend on him to guide individuals toward the realization of goals and objectives and to strengthen their individual leadership abilities.

Bob holds a B.S. in Business Administration along with various instructional design and training certifications. He is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and has been a member of the Board of Directors as well as serving on several committees.
