Beth Taylor

Beth brings more than 10 years of Communications experience to the Horizon Leadership team. Early in her career, Beth worked as a general assignment reporter for the New York Times-owned newspaper, The Daily News in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Later, she worked four years as Employee Communications Manager at BellSouth Cellular Corp. (which became Cingular Wireless, now AT&T). There, she wrote and managed all aspects of production of a weekly print newsletter for more than 10,000 employees, as well as strategic internal executive communication. She was promoted from this position to serve as Manager of Human Resources Communications, where she marketed various HR programs ranging from benefits enrollment campaigns to adoption assistance programs. Beth’s previous work also includes a role at BellSouth Cellular as Diversity Project Manager, piloting a diversity training program and communication initiatives for employees.
